If there's one word that describes me, it's confident and courageous. I've built an international life by saying yes to new experiences, new countries, and new chapters — even when I was terrified and had no idea what the next step would look like. I grew up in Manchester, UK, spent many years in the United States, and in 2018 took a leap of faith and moved to Budapest, Hungary where, knowing no one, I started a brand-new chapter.

But I didn't begin my career (and life) with confidence, credibility, and clarity — in fact, I wasted two decades fading into the background. I didn't show up confidently, I was afraid to share ideas, and absolutely terrified to deliver a presentation. I was in my 40s when I realized that I had to confront the challenges holding me back, and, in 2008, I joined Toastmasters, the global public-speaking organization. It wasn't easy but little by little, I turned myself from 'shy girl' to 'courageous woman' — someone who shows up with confidence, credibility and clarity.

Today, my main work is as a Project Manager, Speaker, and Leadership Skills Trainer.
